Wagamama believes in the ‘kaizen’ philosophy – constantly working to do good and be better. The large signs and digital screen outside give off a ‘Tokyo city centre’ vibe. Long tables and cosy booths line the walkway down to the kitchen pass, where freshly-made dishes appear like magic. Eagle-eyed diners can also spot copper accents on the marble kitchen counters, to match the lighting troughs over their heads. The rest of the interior’s finished with both timber and timber-effect tiles for a warm atmosphere, plus laser-cut screens and glazed panels for added privacy.
