Honest Burger, Finsbury Park was a new build project in a new building, something which is not typical for Honest.
The biggest challenge was to create an environment that felt traditionally ‘Honest’ in a shiny new building. Honest Burger, Finsbury Park also featured a new operational concept – the dine in and dine out kitchen being combined. We focused on creating a space that would split the kitchen from the customer, without forming any physical barriers.
We used a poured resin floor with stained scaffold boards, painted OSB with green leathers to inject warmth. Reeded glass and steel screens were used to divide the delivery side of the space from the restaurant whilst maintaining one single open kitchen. The space features a central bar in the heart of the space.
