We are working with Cote to revamp their current design concept to reflect their chic, french inspired brand. The focus for the design was around sharing and bringing people together to share great French cuisine. We wanted to create a timeless feel that adds character and warmth to the space. By introducing plants and artwork to the restaurant, this has softened the interior and created statement pieces.
This restaurant now features a new front facing bar, with an overhead front gantry framing the bar. We added warmth and softness through new mustard and navy furniture as well as unique artwork collections, planting and upgraded lighting throughout. The mix of furniture was also improved to accommodate the core brand pillar, focus on sharing and flexibility.
We added a unique feature to Hays Galleria, introducing a dining space that can be converted from a regular area to a private dining room – with views over the River Thames.
