Côte, a much loved British born French inspired brasserie established in 2007, are a new client entrusting us to develop a new design concept.
As part of their future plans and evolution, we had the fantastic opportunity to develop a new design that would transform the estate. We developed a new look and feel with a suite of materials that would not only transform the restaurants but sit harmoniously with the original architecture.
The focus for the design was around sharing, bringing people together to share great French cuisine and produce. A new dining bar, larger sharing format table layouts and a bespoke cheese counter have all become showcase features. To elevate the dining experience we used a mix of dark rich blues, vibrant mustard upholstery and patterned fabrics with new lighting, unique original artwork and planting schemes.
