We brought Radley’s new boutique concept to the Bullring – in the hope it’d be every customer’s bag. A bold, neon Radley dog stands guard over a luxurious 40-square-metre space. The in-store focus is firmly on the bags, which sit on gold-framed floating shelves and a modular centre table. That pared-back look gives each bag space to shine, and to catch the eye of their next owner. Displays, like the flexible art hanger system, easily adapt for sales and seasons. Radley are also streamlining the customer experience with digital signage and quick access to the full bag catalogue.
